A wonderful letter came to me in the beginning of July from Greece. Evdokia is a grapfic designer, who also likes to work with ceramic, which you can see on her etsy have a kookie page.
I like the way her blogname have got the name! On have a kookie she writes:
"my family and friends are calling me kokie.
...& because i enjoy eating cookies
i made it a little bit sweeter ;)
 so have a kookie!

Evdokia have send me this beautiful photo she has taken on the Naxos Island. Like her, I love the shadows the lamp gives in the picture.

Laura is known as suburbanpenpal on flickr and she love writing letters and makes the most beautiful envelopes. On her blog you can see some of them.
She is a Master student in art history at San Jose State University. In her thesis she would like to write about mail art.

Amanda have spoiled me for the third time with the most pretty postcard from her trip to New York.
Soon I'll be going on a little holiday with my lovely husband and a postcard will be on it's way to you. From where will be a surprise.

Erin is such an amazing artist. She makes the most wonderful pieces of porcelain /ceramic. Her objects is like a fairytale and very fragile. Please have a look on her etsy page Erinswindow. Her mother Tokiyo makes the most beautiful garments of old vintage kimonos and I'm dreaming away to another place when looking at it.

Erin is from Japan, but is living in Brisbane with her daughter. They like walking and looking at things. Every night they sit and play or make things, as they do not have a tv. Lovely, lovely, lovely.

Erin have been living in Paris, and she always loved to take black and white photos of tree and old buildings.

Yarns in kasuri, also called ikat. I simple love this technique.

Claudia from Wide Eyed Tree have spoiled me again with a new letter full of treasuries. I'm so happy.

In my first letter to Claudia I send her a catholic postcard from Peru. Now she has send me one back and I like it a lot.

FROM ZENOBIE.

Received from Zenobie in England, June 2012.

Zenobie lives in London and likes to make things out of yarn, walk, bake bread and listen to folk music. She is half Greek and this is where her beautiful name comes from. She has studied history at the University, but her passion is to work with plants. She has a beautiful blog called Queen of Carrot Flowers. I love the name.
Zenobie loves the process of hand making and started knitting when 15, but her biggest passion is crochet, especially the freestyle crochet. She feels it's like painting with yarns. I believe her description is beautiful.

My letter from Zenobie. I don't know how to describe the feeling I had when opening it. I feel so lucky.

I did not knew that feathers were something that Zenobie treasure a lot and I send her one.
She send me in return a freestyle crochet feather made in cotton and embroidery thread. It's inspired by the technique used by a Japanese artist called Jung Jung who makes crochet vegetables.
I'm so much in love with it and have already start wearing it. The details is magnificent.

Like me Zenobie likes fleamarkets and these doilies have she found on her favorite market in London.
