Saskia from knoopjes has send me the most beautiful letter. From her holiday in France where she has been camping with her husband
and two children in Britanny, she has been visiting fleamarkets. And so sweet of her she thought of me when buying some of the
treasures.

On her holiday Saskia manage to buy an old typewriter which has the most beautiful font.
A photo taken by Saskia and a pretty "fleur-de-lis" to the right. It's traditionally used to be put in the Kings Cake around the Christmas season.
The plate with the blue/white lines is stunning.
This little handmade thing, perhaps a button is the most beautiful piece in the letter. I'm totally in love with it and will now start to look
for these when visiting fleamarkets myself.
A pretty handmade Hedebo embroidery.
From the beach, a pretty stone full of holes. I think it's wonderful and a good inspiration for new weaving structures.

I have so much fallen in love with the two small shells Ana send me, so therefore I have tried to take different photos of the structures. I like the shades, textures and the almost mother of pearl color. So pretty!

A sample dyed in the Shibori technique. I really think this looks wonderful, as Fanny have chosen a textile which already have a pattern. They goes together in a beautiful way.

I have fallen in love with Barbara's beautiful blog mdmslle. Her photos are full of lovely atmosphere and this is why I asked her if she wanted to be part of my textile letters.

Her drawings is so amazing. The Swan is the National bird here in Denmark and I like walking at the small lakes in Copenhagen, feeding them.
She had made me a little card with different threads of sewing on.

Received from Sara in Canada, July 2012.
I have received the most pretty items from Sara, who is living in the Newfoundland. This is a place I have been dreaming about visiting,
as I have been imagine how it would be living there. Perhaps one day!
I really like the little white dishcloth with the pretty texture. Sara's nan have been knitted it. I'm going to use it at my studio, just like
she does in her home. Both her aunt and sister knits them too.
I'm in love with feathers and this one is so beautiful. She writes me it's from a handmade owl.
I'm totally in love with these small tiny brown envelopes. They are from a vintage book on how to draw birds.

The bit of torn wallpaper is from the basement. Sara wanted me to have a little piece of her home, as she used to sit in the basement making craft when she was younger.

FROM LOTTE.
Received from Lotte -Belle Fleur de Lis in Belgium, June 2012.
I have been patience for a long time and finally my letter from Lotte have arrived, and I'm so happy. The waiting time was so worth it.
Lotte is an amazing young woman. She is right now attending bobbinlace classes, hoping one day to become a teacher in this amazing technique. Her wonderful blog Belle Fleur de Lis is so fragile and pretty. Lotte combine her love for flowers, crochet and lace in this blog with the most stunning photos. I so much love it.
When opening the letter from Lotte, it took my breath away. She has made this, oh so beautiful package full of treasuries. I feel so special.
Lotte have also send me some of her more woolen crochet work, which is part of her pattern research.
The colors and the wool is a good combination.
Thanks to you, I have signed-up for a bobbinlace class. I feel so happy.

I like this note a lot and it looks like it has been printed on a piece of paper that looks like pergament, transperant and crispy.

Helen is doing her Master in Art practice and besides this she also have the time to do charity for MENCAP.
She is living with her lovely partner and there little kitten Conker.
Helen have the most wonderful blog trees and what not with the most pretty photos.
The whole letter from Helen with a lot of handmade items.
Helen have made me a plantholder in macrame. I love the pink color together with the strong lime green.
I remember this technique from my schooldays and when I have been in Peru, the young men are making the most wonderfuls bracelets. I want to try again.

A little ponch. I have put my magnifying glass in it, which I have with me everywhere.

A wonderful letter came to me in the beginning of July from Greece. Evdokia is a grapfic designer, who also likes to work with ceramic, which you can see on her etsy have a kookie page.
I like the way her blogname have got the name! On have a kookie she writes:
"my family and friends are calling me kokie.
...& because i enjoy eating cookies
i made it a little bit sweeter ;)
so have a kookie!
A little while ago I send my letter to Evdokia, which can be seen here.
